To find a post/page ID, go to the “Edit” page where it lists all of the posts/pages. Then hover over the title or the edit link. This is what you should see:

http://yoururl.com/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=XXX

The “XXX” is where your post ID will be.

I love being able to have more control over where widget content gets displayed. Question: do you know how to find the page ID if you're not using the default permalink structure for posts in WP 2.7?
